A PERSONAL STORY OF OWNERSHIP 📖

For much of my life, I lived to please others. I craved approval, wanted to be liked, and worked HARD to fit in. I made choices that looked good on the surface, but deep down, they didn’t feel aligned. I ended up building a life that felt off.

I wasn’t living for me. I was following the status quo, doing what I thought I should, and trying to make everyone but myself happy.

Rebuilding my life wasn’t easy. It required unlearning, self-discovery, and taking radical responsibility for my happiness and health.

But through supportive friendships, coaching communities, and intentional work, I’ve created a life I love that feels true to who I am.

And it all started with asking myself:

  • What do I really want?

  • Am I living in alignment with my values and vision?
